Rivls is a competitive intelligence platform that monitors publicly available competitor websites, detects changes, and generates AI-powered briefings. The Service scrapes publicly accessible web pages and uses artificial intelligence to analyze and summarize changes.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks; use the data collected for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose; resell or redistribute data collected through the Service without authorization.
Rivls only collects publicly available information from competitor websites. We respect robots.txt directives and rate-limit our requests. You are responsible for ensuring your use of competitor data complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within 14 days of purchase.
Briefings and analyses generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rivls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
