Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details through our authentication provider (Clerk).
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including competitors you track, intel reports you generate, and features you access.
Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; send you competitive intelligence briefings and alerts; process payments; improve the Service and develop new features; communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service.
Rivls scrapes publicly available information from competitor websites you add to your account. This includes page content, pricing information, feature lists, and other publicly visible data. We do not access password-protected areas or private data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Google for AI processing); law enforcement when required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Competitor snapshots and change history are retained for the duration of your subscription. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of non-essential communications.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
